Terms of Service
Last updated: June 2, 2026
These terms govern your use of Anybody Can AI. By using the site, you agree to them. We've kept them short and readable.
Using the platform
Anybody Can AI provides free educational content — tutorials, courses, and a directory of AI tools. You may use it for personal and commercial learning.
You agree not to misuse the platform: no attempting to disrupt the service, scrape it abusively, or use it for unlawful purposes.
Accounts
Some features require signing in. You are responsible for activity under your account. Let us know promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
Content and licensing
The platform code is open source and released under the MIT License; you can find it in our public repository.
Educational content (articles, tutorials, courses) is provided for learning. Unless stated otherwise, you may share and adapt it with attribution.
The AI tools directory links to third-party products. Those tools are owned by their respective companies and governed by their own terms.
Third-party tools and links
We link to external AI tools and resources for convenience. We are not responsible for their content, availability, pricing, or practices. Always review a third party’s own terms before relying on it.
No warranty
The platform and its content are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. AI is a fast-moving field; information may become outdated, and AI-generated examples can contain errors. Verify anything important before relying on it.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Anybody Can AI and its contributors are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the platform grows. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version.
